IT Support Specialist

We are looking for a service-minded and self-directed IT Support Specialist at Anfra Oy, Kempele, Oulu. This role ensures smooth IT operations in both the office and workplace, handling support requests, solving hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and managing equipment lifecycle from procurement to recycling. The salary range is around €2600 to €3100 per year, depending on experience. The IT Support Specialist is responsible for recurring maintenance tasks, process development, and documentation. They must be self-motivated, systematic, and able to communicate clearly with non-technical users. The role requires experience in IT support, user, access, and license management, and knowledge of information security.

Responsibilities

• Identifying recurring problems and bottlenecks, solving them at their root, and making processes more fluid.
• Developing and documenting processes to make them more fluid and updating UKC guidelines.
