ITSM Expert

Valiant Hr Oy, based in Lempäälä, is currently seeking an ITSM Expert for Anticimex Oy, a pioneering company in digital pest control. Anticimex, part of the Anticimex group, operates globally with a presence in 22 countries, including Finland where the company has a main office in Vantaa and 16 service points. The ITSM expert will be part of the growing team, responsible for IT support for around 210 employees, focusing on first- and second-level support tasks, user management, lifecycle management of end devices, and Azure management.

What We Expect

The qualities, work ethics, and standards we expect to maintain a productive and respectful workplace are listed below:

• At least one year of experience in 1st and 2nd level support tasks.
• Good technical knowledge of workstation environments and Office and business software.
• Experience with user management, using Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Intune skills and understanding of terminal device lifecycle management.
• Experience in maintaining and managing the M365 environment.
• Excellent Finnish and English language skills.
