Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of the client's monitoring infrastructure and associated AI agent.
• Manage the integration of new services into the scope of monitoring, one service at a time.
• Identify and document how each service is currently monitored and what data is obtained from it.
• Verify the accuracy of the responses and alerts generated by the AI agent by comparing them to previous alert data and define metrics to monitor the overall accuracy of the agent.
• Monitor API usage to keep AI costs under control and document the evolution of agent prompts to their version histories and their impact on performance.
• Write, run, and automate tests, maintain clear technical documentation.
