Lead BMS & PDU Engineer

We are looking for a Lead BMS & PDU Engineer to take overall responsibility for the development of Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Power Distribution Units (PDU) for our BESS platform. This role combines electronics design, embedded systems software development, and system integration. The ideal candidate has a university degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or related fields, with experience in PCB design, embedded software development, communication interfaces, diagnostics, testing, and system integration. Fluent Finnish and English language skills are required, as well as the ability to work closely with experts from various disciplines and take overall responsibility for technical areas.

Responsibilities

• You define and implement software interfaces between BMS/PDU systems and the rest of the BESS control system.
• You participate in system integration, testing, validation and ensuring production readiness.
• You work closely with experts in electrical, software, mechanical and system design.
