Lead Developer, SAP Data and Analytics

We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer, SAP Data & Analytics to drive the development of our SAP analytics and data warehousing landscape. This role involves leading the design, development, and optimization of SAP BW on HANA and SAP BW/4HANA solutions, including data models, data flows, and ETL processes. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and architects to shape our data and analytics capabilities, ensuring data quality, performance, and continuous improvement. With several years of SAP BW development and implementation experience, a strong background in SAP BW/4HANA, and expertise in data modeling, ETL development, and HANA-native modeling, you will contribute to the global organization's data and analytics strategy.

What We Expect

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of SAP BW development and implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP BW/4HANA including data modeling, ETL development and HANA-native modeling using Calculation Views, with extensive experience in designing scalable and high-performance data solutions.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP BusinessObjects, SAP analytics solutions, and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Proven ability to lead development work, establish technical standards, and mentor others.
• Experience integrating SAP BW data with non-SAP applications, enterprise data platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Databricks).

• Evaluate and adopt new SAP technologies, including SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud.
