Material Data Engineer

Metsä Group's Simpele factory seeks a Material Data Engineer for a permanent position with full-time work hours and continuous employment. This role involves automation maintenance, materials management, and master data engineering within the SAP system at Metsä Board's cardboard manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have an AMK/YAMK/DI degree in automation or electrical technology, experience in maintenance supervision, familiarity with spare parts and material flows, proficiency in Finnish and English, and strong Excel skills. The position requires close collaboration with experts on-site to ensure the accuracy of SAP master data and documentation, contributing to procurement processes and maintaining a systematic approach.
