As a Senior Fullstack Developer at Academic Work Finland Oy, you will lead the modernization of our client's ERP system, transitioning legal Java/GWT interfaces into modern React applications. Working in a light-kns, two-person team, you will lead advanced agent-driven development tools. This position offers the opportunity to work 100% remotely on a long-term, stable project. You will have creative freedom to pioneer business-based AI development workflows and play a key role in modernizing a business-critical system. Our team is looking for advanced knowledge of TypeScript and React, practical experience with agency development methods like Claude Code, and strong skills in large legacy codebase navigation and UI/UX design.
