System expert We are looking for a systems expert for the information management and IT services of Lapland's higher education group for a permanent job. Start from 14 September 2026 or by agreement. Lapland University Group (LUC) is a nationally and internationally leading actor and pioneer in Arctic research and expertise. Our strategic choices are global arctic responsibility, sustainable tourism and future services and distance management. About 10,000 students study at the University of Lapland and Lapland University of Applied Sciences, which make up the Lapland University Group, and about 1,100 employees work in Kemi, Rovaniemi and Tornio.
