Technical Writer

We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our growing team in Espoo, Finland. This role will create and maintain high-quality technical documentation that supports product development and communicates complex information to internal and external audiences. You will write, edit, illustrate, and publish product and service documents using DITA XML while coordinating with subject matter experts and organizing images and layouts. The Technical Writer must have advanced technical writing and illustration skills, fluent written and spoken Finnish and English, and strong interpersonal skills and aptitude for learning new technical concepts. This position offers flexible working arrangements, including remote work options, and comprehensive training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and create a variety of product and service documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to style guides.
• Perform technical publications production duties including composition, illustration, and technical writing and editing.
• Develop clear written materials to support product development activities.
• Work cross-functionally with Subject Matter Experts to collect product information and specifications.
