Content Manager

Lyko is seeking a Content Manager for the Finnish market to lead the social media strategy and content calendar, build a vibrant Lyko Community, and partner with influencers and external agencies to drive brand awareness and engagement. The ideal candidate is a social-first, relationship-driven, commercially-minded, and trend-aware professional with experience in social media or related marketing roles. The successful candidate will manage external partners, coordinate operational priorities, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the brand's growth and success. • Proven track record managing a business social media account - you know where the audience actually is (TikTok, Instagram, and beyond) and love keeping up with trends.
• Comfortable in front of a camera when needed - not camera-shy.
• Advanced skills in Premiere Pro and CapCut, with basic design knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and TikTok For Business.
• Familiarity with Kolsquare, Iconosquare, or a similar social/IM reporting tool is a plus, as is knowledge of Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Manage external agency partners producing organic, UGC, and influencer content across campaigns and always-on.
• Brief, coordinate, and follow up so the work actually ships.
• Own content direction and priorities - you decide what gets made, what gets pushed and what waits.
• Choose who we partner with for influencer collaborations, based on brand fit, values, relevance, and actual impact - not just follower count.
• Call the shots on operational priorities without waiting for sign-off on every move.
• Work closely with Head of Marketing, the local marketing team, Own Brand Managers, our Creative Agency, the Lyko Community, external agencies and freelancers - and the list goes on. Juggling multiple stakeholders without losing momentum is part of the job, so we need someone who genuinely thrives in that kind of environment.
