Property Manager

Armstrong HML Oy is seeking a property manager in Hämeenlinna, Finland. This part-time position offers competitive hourly wages based on Finnish collective agreements, with a salary range of €12.59 to €15.30 per hour, depending on experience and competence. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in real estate maintenance tasks, familiarity with off-drive cutters and fans, and a valid B driver's license. The property manager will work in a fast-growing, caring HR company with a strong focus on sustainable working life. The role involves general property management tasks, including lawn maintenance, and the company provides assistance with finding accommodation.
