Invest-In expert

We are seeking an Invest-In expert for the six municipalities' joint Green Industrial Villages investment project. With experience in B2B sales, business placement, and investment promotion, you'll analyze investment sites, produce clear investment packages, and actively reach out to investors. Collaborating with a team of experts, you'll develop operational models and product development while focusing on practical implementation in Kontiolahti. Our company offers expertise in initial advice, business creation, and development, making you a valuable asset to our team. Start your career with us on January 1, 2027, for a temporary assignment until December 31, 2028, with a competitive hourly wage based on Finnish collective agreements.

What We Offer

• Commercial thinking and the ability to identify competitive factors, targets, and placement scenarios of the subjects to be invested.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and produce investment capacity of investment sites in Kontiolahti.
• Compile materials and information base for investors.
• Examine sites from the perspective of land use, infrastructure, energy, logistics, accessibility, and different placement scenarios.
• Develop operating models and product development in close cooperation with experts from other municipalities.
• Identify competitive factors, targets, and placement scenarios of the subjects to be invested.
