Childcare Assistant

We are looking for caregivers to join our Turku team, supporting families with children in the surrounding municipalities of Turku. This part-time position offers flexible hours and a wide area of work, including Masku, Kaarina, Liedo, Parais, Naantali, Rusko, or Paimio. Ideal candidates should have professional experience working with families with children and possess good interaction skills to meet children authentically. The hourly wage ranges from €14.82-16.03 plus evening and weekend supplements, with a transition bonus for moving between customers. We offer time to meet each child without feeling rushed, regular joint meetings, and a WhatsApp group for idea exchange.
