Leading Social Worker

We are seeking a leading social worker for the Kainuun hyvinvointialue service unit, responsible for overseeing 17 employees in the social work for families with children and child protection. This role involves managing teams in Kajaani, Sotkamo, and Suomussalmi, ensuring close cooperation with other supervisors and the service area manager. The leading social worker will manage client decisions and implement decisions related to child protection under the Child Protection Act, utilizing the operating model of systemic child protection. The position offers comprehensive training and support, including leasing employer-provided cars for business trips, and a remote work option from home or office.
